We currently sell the hardcover edition of the book The Unveiling: A Mother’s Reflection on Murder, Grief, and Trial Life by Ruth Markel. Product descriptions and pricing are displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment via Stripe (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We currently ship only to addresses in Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
All sales of the hardcover book are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law (for example, in cases of damaged or defective items received). If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the book itself, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 92276 Canada Limited and its officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or any products purchased through it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
